This place is so disgusting I got my food and it was cold and there was a hair in my food when I told the waitress she got mad and gave me attitude I was expecting just an apology that I never got one

I have only been there a few times but the food and service was excellent

I am very surprised about the food. The service has changed. Irenes has a whole new staff. the staff has all gone to Karen's on 10th w and Palmdale blvd. It just seems like no one is happy there. I have never had anything bad only attitude. If i was the owner i would start over. They should have a job fair lol. I really love their patty melt
