I’m giving them 3 stars because I have rented out a jumper from them. They replied and sent an invoice right away. But recently I tried placing an order but no one has gotten back to me. I called and no one answered. When you fill out the order form it says we will receive an invoice. Haven’t received one, if they are booked they should at least send out an email saying so, but no. I understand it’s a mom and pops shop but if they don’t fulfill last minute booking they shouldn’t have that advertised on their website.

We were very pleased with Karina's Jumpers for our 4th of July Tarp Rental along with Chairs and Tables for our block party. Despite a last minute call from us and being very close to the date, they accommodated our order right into one of their busiest weekends. Our patio is custom made and I was happy to find they carry the 10x30 tarp with led light, which many suppliers out here don't. The website makes it super easy to order and once the invoice is paid , follow up is immediate such as stipulated on their site. Pickup next day was quick and easy and the staff was very kind. Overall we had a great experience and will absolutely continue using Karina's Jumpers for all of our future events. Thanks!

Made reservation for water jumper.. they never showed up .or never said they did have any Available..verry Unresponsible...a star is too much for a fair raiding...ftp...
