Use their pizza portal option ig you dont want to wait.
Not sure ... too many people wanting it I guess! I go for the lunch special and have a 15 minute wait almost every time. But ya can't beat it ... two people can eat for 5 bucks ... plus a soda for one. Worth the wait!
