I think you can book reservations as there were folks doing it when we were there. However, it's an extra challenge to fit 4 people in as the place is tiny. There's about 6 tables that usually fit 2 people along the entire back wall, plus the bar, so it may be that you have to book far in advance and/or go with the times they give you. I hope you guys get in - it was amazing!
They have a standing room only area. They use the old kitchen of the shut down restaurant. It's a different, and less good, experience, but you'll get the same cocktails.
