You might need to CALL their 'sister store' "Vero Beach KIA" who answers their phones (Vero Beach Toyota has a habit of NOT answering calls; going into a switchboard Nobody answers; or being transfered back into the switchboard again & again. It's a constant problem I've even Driven down there to try to fix it... Yep: its kinda' like the "sound in your car you want fixed, but the mechanic can't hear it", or the phone that needs answered but nobody want's to "hear it ring"). Truth...
