I don't think there would be anywhere to put them, as the bleachers are built in. Some people get there early and tailgate in their trucks, so if you wanted to do that outside the gates you probably could.
No need - plenty of bleachers and anywhere there isn’t is hilly and hard to sit in your own chairs
