If you got the jewelry from Shane Co they will most likely fix it for free if you bought the warranty. They will not fix jewelry from other companies. Your best bet is to call them and ask.
It's free if you got it from Shane Co. They won't work on rings from other Jewelers.
I think they would do it worse case call and find out they have very good customer care
If you didn't buy it there, they won't do it. More than likely they will send you to Mike's custom Jewelry for the repair. That was where they sent me. If you bought it there, it will be free. Fyi Mike's was pretty reasonable for my repair
