I went here and they just sat me down and told me it would be “quite a while“ until someone could help me. They didn’t offer to let me look around or anything. I ended up taking my business somewhere else and was treated very well at their competitor. Based off the service I received, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The purchase was great, the jewelry was great. Unfortunately, I got signed up for their marketing emails without knowing about it. I have unsubscribed 3 separate times a couple weeks apart and I STILL am getting their marketing emails. How many times must I unsubscribe before they quit sending more emails???!!!??? I will never do business with them again!

Masks, temperature check, hand sanitizer, social distancing, and you aren't allowed to just go in and walk around browse. You will have a "station" and someone to help you by bringing you rings to try on. I recommend looking online to come up with a few ideas of rings/styles you want to look at before you go. It will save time-especially if you plan on going in on their busy days (Sat, Sun).

Yes, if you purchased it from them. In most cases, they basically buy it back at the same price you bought it for when you upgrade. I don't know how they would work with stones they didn't sell, though.

If you bought it there, no matter what stones are in the piece, they will buy it. If you did not buy the piece there, and it is all diamonds, they will buy it. If it has sapphires or rubies in it, they won't do it, but they will refer you to someone.
