I have a surplus of bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. They are all good, I am downsizing. Could the Salvation Army use them for shelters or should I ask elsewhere?

Yes they will accept them and you could also donate them to the Opportunity House or Safe Berks. Any of these places will welcome that type of donation.
