Don't know what you are taking about. I experienced no such thing. They were really nice and patient with us. I saw a lot of young people working there and I was impressed by how attentive they were. I guess if you are going to behave like a Karen though, you get the the service you deserve.

Well I haven't experienced it yet at the Draper location BUT the one in Sandy had the most lack luster customer service. The middle aged woman at the bar couldn't be bothered because she wanted to just count her tips. They need to consider who is representing the face of their company.
