Why does it take multiple attempts to enter a Sam's Club card in the gas pump? Ask the employee on duty for assistance and she found the situation amusing!!!! I have been a member for years and am very disappointed with this store!!!

Might be you need a new card. It was happening to me and received the new card and fixed. New card could be the answer.

I have never had any issues pumping gas or using my new or older cards

Once I got a newer card I didn't have that problem. But before that ya it was very annoying
