When it was freedom they give a great service. Now I don't get it. My car was tow for a dead battery and took them 3 days to charge the battery and found no problem that caused the battery to die. A couple of week later I got there at 7:00am on a Saturday to get an oil change and I was told when they open that they don't have express oil change even do they have a sign in front of the shop. The service advisor told me that I need to make an appointment and the closest they have was for the end of October. Seriously for just an oil change. Bad bad,bad customer service . My next purchase will be at another dealer. Really miss Freedom Toyota.

Sidney is the best!! He helped find a car for my 16 year old daughter. And treated us like family; helping like it was for his daughter. I’m very grateful

I've been a loyal Jeep owner for 20 years. I've owned a number of Jeeps, lived in various states and always used my local Jeep dealerships for service. I've been using Heritage for 4 years, with mediocre results. My latest interaction with the service manager over a minor service issue was the most unprofessional exchange I have ever from a customer service perspective ever. I dropped my Jeep off with the request to replace the seals on the hard top because it was leaking and dripping into my radio, shorting it out. After canceling my initial appointment, because they double booked my time slot, they then left my Jeep out in the rain to "perform a leak test". The top did indeed leak into the radio. I was left with $1000 damage and $135 diagnostic fee. When attempting to speak with the service manager, he wanted to blame it the radio and stated it would not be covered under warranty. I agreed that it was not a warranty issue, but I expected them to at least wave their diagnostic fee. He kept coming back to it "not being a warranty issue", I didn't have the patience to participate a pointless argument, so I walked out without saying a word. The service manager followed me into the parking lot and escalated the conversation. He again went back to blaming it on the radio. At which point, I used some adult language to express my frustration (I told him it wasn't a warranty issue, it was his f up that was the issue). A week rolls by and the day of my rescheduled appointment arrives. I receive a phone call stating they have canceled my appointment. In the meantime, I could have had my Jeep repaired somewhere else. I had low expectations after years of mediocre service, but this level of pettiness had ensured that I will never use Heritage for service again. I am planning on buying another Jeep in the next two years, but it won't be from Heritage. TL;DR, the service manager was upset I used a bad word, left me hanging for a week, then pulled the rug out from under me at last minute. Update: Damage control on Google reviews is insufficient at this point. You had every opportunity to resolve this issue last week in person, last week when I called back, and again this week when you called to tell me that you would be canceling my appointment. I tried every route to resolve in person before posting here, and you refused every attempt. I can go over a week without a response, but you reply to a Google review in a matter of hours? Only further reinforces the unprofessional and childish behavior.

There will probably be a large shipping fee involved. Check out Toyota's website
