I’m looking to get another tattoo soon, I’m 16 though. Do I have to go with a parent? If so, do I need to show some kind of ID proving my age?

I don't think there is an actual law on it, since PA is a common wealth, but a parent consent or accompany would be best.

As far as I know if you are under the age of 18 you need the consent of a parent or legal guardian to get a tattoo. They have to be present.
