They told me you need your checkbook and your ID and you are a USA citizen you need to bring your birth certificate or your ID and the Oldl passport but I don't think they taking any appointments right now good luck if they give you one you will be really lucky I tried to go and renew my passport and they told me they cannot do it I had to send it to them that's ridiculous they don't even tell you where you need to send it too much information missing make sure if you send it by mail they need to tell you where to send it and needs to be certified mail .
