I use a community mail box in west jordan and my lock will not unlock I can't even get my key in. How do I go about getting it repaired?

We must live in the same neighborhood. Box A-1P in Terrace Hills by chance? It doesn't even lock. You can just open it. Not sure why the mail carrier even puts stuff in there until it is fixed.
