What is so hard about reading a order and making it the way it was order??? And then u can't even get anyone to answer the phone to tell them that they can't read the order and make it right

I have wondered before if the kids know English or comprehend the work they are to do. That location is an odd place with the added apparently homeless or lazy wanderers coming to your table while you eat and asking for money. Then if you offer to buy them food they decline.
