There is a lot of garage and street parking available. There are also lots of cars looking for spots. If you're looking for street parking, make sure to take note of your license plate (there's no sticker/paper, they just track your plates) and try to get there at non-peak times.
Start on 5th or so and check on all the sides streets off the boardwalk. May the odds be ever in your favor .

There is... Typically pretty close to the boardwalk between hotels. Some are parking lots, that have the day rate but you can find metered spots if you get there early enough

There's parking throughout ocean city. There's parking by the boardwalk that's meter parking spots if you're lucky to find an open spot that is. There are spots on sides streets you may be lucky to find, but there's also businesses that do charge for parking for the day as well.
