Some buildings accept small pets.There are I bedroom condo available in your price range. Kings Point offers more clubs and activities than most other places. I am knodgeable because I own a condo there myself
You should call The Kings Point Resident office and ask them about your dog. Also there are plenty of 1bdr.units for around $70K, even 2 bdr.you can still find.
The dog is suppose to be a service dog, but you might want to talk to the president of the building you are looking at to see what they say.
