It's good to go during the day or get VIP after hour passes for the regular tour. Especially if youre interested in the history of it.
It's one of the best put together Halloween attractions around anywhere I have been, even in NYC, NJ, and Long Island. For me the " fright" is all about the element of surprise, which is why they stagger entry. Its not gory, like what's in slasher films. For high strung peoole, i would not recommend this. Why dont you go on the Internet and check out all the information about this attraction? Enjoy it and try to go early on as lots of people, especially in the many colleges around Philly, like to go or on Halloween.
There is plenty to scare you. Six main attractions. Lockdown, Machine Shop, Blood Yard, Infirmary, Quarantine 4D, and Break Out. Each has a different theme, and if at the end you havent had enough, there is also a Speakeasy at Al Capone's Cell where you can relax and enjoy a drink and be entertained.
My grandmother feet with bunions is scarier than that place!!! 😂😅ðŸ˜ðŸ˜…😂
