I agree. The longest line is the one outside.. .really long and down the block the closer it gets to Halloween. They stagger the entering in which is why . Also the later in evening the busiest . Very popular with all the college students in Philly. Dont bother with any special pass but do buy tix online .
The line goes pretty quick inside for each attraction! No need for the quick pass! The longest one is the outside one. Plus there is so much excitement and going on before you know it you're ready to go in the next!
I went Sunday near closing and it wasnt bad at all. Maybe getting closer to halloween
