The Kiosk can be confusing. Especially the first time you use it. Normally there is a staff person there to assist you. I needed assistance the first time also, but now I have the hang of it and can fly right through the process. I say give it a couple more tries. You may find that you like it, I do. Plus with the food being better than it has been for years, especially with its new adult level stores, I love the place.
