Yes! They allow Coast Guard approved "floatation devices" . I don't believe they are mandatory for any age, (they do use them for some levels of swimming lessons on the day they go to the lazy river). I've had a 1 month old infant up to my 7 year old in the pool and have never had to put them in a life jacket.
Yes and they're mandatory for certain ages they also have them for the public in multiple sizes and two different kids I brought with me two different ages and they had life jackets in a Corral for free use for kids of all ages and sizes
