Do they use latex or vinyl gloves

Most restaurant use vinyl due to allergies to latex, but everyone is correct call and ask the manager on duty to be safe

I don't know the glove question answer, but you should call the restaurant and ask to speak to the m.o.d. and ask them if they do or Do not amd if a special accommodation could be made in the event they do.

Thanks everyone. My issue is that my son has a severe latex allergy and if latex gloves are used anywhere in the kitchen we wouldn't be able to eat there.

I have never been in the kitchen, but I have spoken with the manager before and I can tell you that he runs every aspect of this restauraunt to the standard of excellence, so I can't imagine that his control over sanitation would be less than perfect.

I don't know for sure but I know most kitchen staff preparing meats do wear gloves.
