AVOID THIS ABSOLUTE DUMP AT ALL COST. THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE ARE COMPLETELY WORTHLESS AND USELESS. THIS PLACE IS NOT ANYWHERE REMOTELY CLOSE TO BEING WORTH $2195 A MONTH FOR RENT. EVERYTHING IS FALLING APART. THEY MOVED MY FAMILY INTO AN APARTMENT 2 DAYS AFTER SOMEONE ELSE MOVED OUT AND DIDNT CLEAN IT OR FIX ANYTHING. WE ARE INFESTED WITH ANTS. THE MAINTENANCE WORKERS ARE ALL CLOWNS AND UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Update 9/7/22. Tina the 9th manager in 4 years was fired by upper management Alberto Urrechaga for not being shady and fudging old deposit accounting records from 2019. She informed me Alberto Urrechaga and upper management is very shady! They try to keep everyone's deposits no matter how clean or nice you leave the apartment. They charge Tennants for illegal items they shouldn't be charging them for. They have been trying to keep security deposits from tenants for no reason dating back to 2019!! This company needs to be sued and buried! Do Not Rent Here!!!!!!! They will keep your huge $2000 plus security deposit no matter what and upper management will scam you!!!
