When they tell you a certain time for pick up is that when your food is ready or will you sit in your car and wait on an arbitrary order of parking time?

They usually come out within 5 minutes of a parking. I've only had to wait one time when I ordered and they were swamped. I've used the service dozens of times and not had any issues. Just a thought, did you drive the car you told them you would be in when you place the order? I would call the restaurant if I had to wait more than 10 minutes and let them know I was there

It depends on the time of day, how busy they are, if they're short staffed, etc. During peak time, I would plan to wait a little while.
