Or Rusty's. Sunrise Diner is quaint little diner has great food but no music or anything like that.

No it's not the proper venue at all for your function it's breakfast and lunch it's a HomeTown mom and pop no conference room or facility for a party
Unfortunately sunrise doesn't have the space for live music but the food is great and the family is wonderful, your best bet for live music and great food would be grills in the port
