I am from Texas, I came to Cocoa Beach when we found out my brother had stage 4 lung cancer. Beth, I believe the manager of the pharmacy went above and beyond to help me get my brother the medications he needed. (Insurance was dragging their feet) She made phone calls, kept in touch with me called in on her time off, was beyond kind and professional. My brother Todd unfortunately died the end of January, I wanted to stop in and thank Beth myself but I was a mess and would have only cried. I hope someone sees this and recognizes her for going above and beyond her position. Human kindness is a wonderful thing.

Walk-In Care is a telemedicine service available at select Publix Pharmacy locations that connects customers with a licensed healthcare professional in real time. Publix partners with hospitals around the Southeast to provide Walk-In Care, a third-party service. Walk-In Care offers treatment for non-emergency medical issues such as allergies, sinus infections, earaches, bug bites, colds, and more. Available for patients ages two and older. The Moderna vaccine and the Johnson & Johnson vaccine are available to eligible individuals ages 18+ at Publix Pharmacy locations. The Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 12+ at all in-store Florida Publix Pharmacy locations and select Publix pharmacies in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee, while supplies last. The pediatric Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 5–11 at select Publix pharmacies, while supplies last. Publix has a limited supply of the pediatric Pfizer vaccine.
