I have been pushed over by this office since 11/2021 nobody cares about the voucher holders and their concerns of being homeless.I have been contacting these people to not only get misinterpreted info about my voucher extensions,but to also have them sweep me under the rug by not updating the payment standards and my voucher ended on 08/28/2022...This agency has some of the rudest inhumane individuals who sit in this office ignore emails, calls and voicemails they could careless.These women are very rude, unprofessional and will ignore you and treat you bad,talk down to you for example like how Alana Phillips she got nasty with me because it was memorial weekend and she tells me you do realize it's a holiday and hung up in my face.,Latasha Salad,Michelle Lee and a lot more in that NORCROSS DCA OFFICE to name some of the people I have had some good & some horrific interactions with but hands down Mrs Mary Donaldson went above and beyond when she was my case worker.

This office is terrible. They don’t do there job at all. They are always misplacing paper work or they can’t find it. These people will run games on you if you let them. If you have problems with section 8. CALL LEGAL AID FOR HELP AND ADVICE!!!

Voucher amount is depend upon participant's income . I have seen 1300-1400 to low range of 900-1000. And it would be hard to find any 4 BR on 1000 at the present time. Hope it helps. You could always stop by and talk with someone @ front desk.
