I spoke to customer service once. They said they can bring us more savings by not having an employee answering phones in the stores. Their employees can concentrate on their jobs and Aldi's can have less employees on duty in the stores, and they can be dedicated to you while you are in the store, not being distracted by the phones
To save on operational cost.
There isn't enough employees to cover phones.
This is one of the "low" cost stores. No numbers, no shopping bags, no customer service.
The store wasn't designed for customer service call and question they should make a policy about there company
