I almost died at this place! My Atv flipped over after going through mud, caught my leg in the wheelwell and broke it in two places. They refused to call anyone for help and also refused to help my husband get the atv off of me. Thank God there were people behind us and they helped. I had to get out of the mud puddle with some assistance while my leg was flopping around like a fish and the owner telling me I am ok. I was in unbelievable pain!!!! Finally got back to base camp where his wife finally called an ambulance. I am still in pain today and was hospitalized for 10 days because the break was so bad. Someone told me in the hospital that someone died there one time. Of course I can’t sue them because I signed a wavier and in North Carolina law will not allow you. Oh btw the owner started our trip by telling us how much he hates Northerners.
No. The tour is single file, spaced about 10 feet apart. There are dual riders allowed on some ATVs. I think for adults with children under 12.
