Parson's mountain trails are approx 10 miles. Personally I like riding curltail better, approx 13 miles
Not unless your wheelbase is very close to a four wheeler. Otherwise you I'll will not have enough room on the trail.
Helmets are not required but they are recommended.

Some UTVs and buggy's are 50 inch's.
Bikes and atvs only but a great beginner level trail or a good place for any rider wanting seat time
Yes, I would say its better for two wheels rather than four! But that may just be my bias showing.
