There are 100's of closed roads due to flooding. I suggest you call your local law enforcement non emergency line to inquire specific to your area. The Intracoastal Waterway and area rivers are still rising and flooding is getting much worse. Even areas of Florence County have mandatory evacuation now due to forecasted flooding. The Storm is still wreaking havoc on Horry County.
I've heard of flooding in their river walk area, but not uphill toward the theatre.. Roads are rapidly going downhill as water continues to rise, no guarantees on travel safety.
