Yes-- if anything was sold out in the sale, it should also be restocked or replaced with something newer soon. I would reccomend looking at the big lots website for ideas of what outdoor furniture they sell, as you can always call the store and verify whether they still have it in stock.
Yes, however, they had a big sale recently and I am not sure what is left.
