Always takes at least 2-3 hours to get unloaded. No reason for the delay they just move slow. Doesn’t matter what time of day you show up will always be a wait.

Ordered materials for a deck job ,got charged , got there the next day and none of the materials were ready to go so we ended up having to load the trailer ourselves and better yet, 60pcs of 16ft deck boards were not there so they said they would deliver to us the next day and nothing. Spoke with them and got it straight, after discounts and them making things right at least , we got to finish the deck and cover. If not for the compensation we would've been real irate..lol
