Who do I contact if I still haven't received my federal refund

Crystal locklear I haven't received my federal refund

This is rediculous. I filed my paper taxes and mailed on 23 March. I can't fin d anything on line if refund processed. Nothing. I called the 1800 IRS number.and can't speak to any one;. all promps. and no promp to address my question. I even send them a letter asking if they received my tax forms. No answer. I want to make sure when 1 Jul comes around, IRS doesn't come to me and tell me I haven't file. Are these people getting paid for doing nothing? I don't care how long it takes to get my refund. All I want to know if IRS received my tax forms. I am not asking much. I have done my part, IRS do your part.
