This place is terrible!!! You call to make an appointment and it tells you to go online then when you go online it tells you to call. Nothing makes sense when dealing with these people and they are playing with peoples money!!!

The automated phone service is the worst I've ever experienced. When you talk to a live person they act like you are the problem and you're inconveniencing them when you're asking for help. How can we get issues resolved if the employees go out of their way to not help you.

I visited this office to-day because I was unable to speak to a representative on the IRS customs service line or make an appointment on the appointment line. I am convinced that one requirement necessary to work at this local office are the following: lack of polite customer service experience, the ability to exercise a high level of rude behavior to the tax payers who request support and the ability to show disdain towards anyone especially if they are in need of assistance or approach with a polite attitude. The guard is disrespectful and just rude. The last time I visited this office was over 6 years ago and I am disappointed to say that nothing has changed. My heart goes out to any customer that really needs assistance, compassion or guidance from the IRS personnel at this location. They do not deserve the one star i had to give them.

Why they holding people money
Been there! First check their website irs.gov and find then click on Where's my refund. Mine isn't even in their system and the website is updated- if you file paper like I was forced to bc my ex illegally claimed our child that hadn't lived with him since 2015 nor spends 6 months of the year with him- it is a 6 month wait time.

You need to go down to their office to speak with them in person to find out what's going on with your 2017 taxes
Report them for fraud- state and federal. You have to print off the form for federal but keep reporting them every year that's what I'm having to do for someone to notice and act it's morally wrong
The Irs just started accepting returns on the 28th of january. If u want to know refund dates, check irs.gov!!
Good back to your tax office and get it amended

I know they use to like 10 years ago. Do you know of a free location? Because the map says there is none in the area.
