Tough finding good help. Complain to corporate maybe they will pay more and add staff!
Haha- I haven't been there in years but it doesn't look like it's really busy- the newer McDonald's and Taco Bell on on North Market are always fast.
So many options: using the app at the counter, for pick up, kiosk, table delivery plus food cooked to specific tastes- the kiosk allows so many options like less ketchup, more mustard, no onions etc.
