Went to BK this morning at 6:07am. Lady came on the speaker and said they weren’t open yet. FYI hours start at 6am according to everything posted. I asked when they opened and she tells me in a very matter of fact way……”as soon as she gets some food cooked.” SMH

I was stuck in this drive through for over 30 mins and instead of any one working inside asking them to pull around and handle the issue inside in which I was covid positive and unable to go inside however because we were isolating out of town couldn't leave my kids any longer and was handed cold food.
