I imagine you can park as long as you pay for the duration. I know all day parking was thirty dollars in one of the main lots downtown. Unless you're trying to mingle with the homeless or possibly the police I can't imagine why you would want to sleep there.

Park the car towards the back, night time security may visit, cover yourself under a blanket, worse they'll do is ticket it. Usually they wait 24 hours before trying to remove it. But why would you want to sleep there overnight
