Maybe they had an issue with who had what tip or something? If that's their policy, they should post it.
Yes. I said hang on I want to tip my server. She said just tip on computer. I handed server the tip and the front staff walked away from me in the middle of transaction. And the last time I was there a front staff rep told me they do not like the servers to handle the money. It is rude. Other than that I come often for the great food and good price. I do not believe in shared tips.
