Binghamton graduation on 5/19/18 at 8am. Would like a reservation for 7 as early as possible. When will that be?

The Lost Dog Cafe does not take reservations. You can call ahead to put your name on the list, but that usually only saves you 15 minutes.

They open every day at 11:30. They are closed on Sundays.

You should call them and ask directly; you will not reach the restaurant on this forum. But last I knew they weren't taking reservations.
