Yes! Wags was a restaurant chain started by Walgreens, who used to have full service diner-type restaurants at many locations. People in the Lombard area may recall the one in Yorktown Mall in the 1970's.

They had a raccoon/animal mascot and kids meals, crayons for kids. I think it was similar to Denny's with breakfast combos, eggs with bacon, pancakes, French toast we cetera. I think there was a buffet (maybe it was a Sizzler?) after Wags.
