I'm still in shock! The way the employee (or maybe it was the owner) dealt with a customer who thought they broke something on his car was just Shocking! I expected the employee would explain why they could not change the tires on the car, wrong! This man face turned bright red, veins bulging out of is neck, palms firmly planted on the counter leaning forward, screaming at the customer "Get the F out of my shop! Don't ever come back to my F'en shop!" etc. I really thought he was going to attack us! So, so scary!
