When we were there a couple of weekends ago only about 1/3 or 1/4 the campground was full. All the full hookup sites were full but there were plenty of partial hookups ... Summertime, you'd best have reservations...
They do take reservations. Yoy can get ahold of Monterey County Parks.
Yes you can. If the entrance station is closed there is an Iron Ranger at the sign going into the campgrounds to pay. You can also make reservations through Monterey County Website, Parks & Recs
More or less yes but if its a busy weekend or some kind of event the park could be full. I dont think they take reservations either.
