The fair only comes once a year and that's May 15th through the 18th if you're looking for a shooting the video when the fair is on. However if you're looking to shoot a video when the fair is off all you have to do is get permission from the fair office which is the general office in front and I'm sure they'll let you I don't even think you have to ask permission but just because just do it

Always the middle of May (14-17, 2020). There are Special Days, when specific groups get in FREE. https://www.salinasvalleyfair.com/p/fair RIGHT NOW, The BlueZones Presentation is FREE & thefood is DELICIOUS. RIGHT NOW AND ALL DAY THURSDAY (Focus Groups begin at 9:30am).
