Yes, there is a lot across the street that you can park in.

After 5pm during the week and anytime on the weekends, there is a parking lot across the street that allows customers to park for the Anchor.

The lot across the street is not technically open for public parking. I know the probation office wasn't happy about people parking in their lot.

Not really, depends on when you go. The county probation office is across the street. Parking there at night when the office is closed is generally ok.
