I have never seen them locked, but last time i was there a women in there getting high talking to herself...
The restrooms are for patrons only. From the many times I've been to that McDonald's it doesn't matter when you ask. I have also never seen them deny anyone access to the restroom.
Because the homeless use them to shower and bath their body

Because of the homeless they go in there and take showers and make a big mess out of the bathrooms mainly on the one on our street is only one I know is locked
I didn't know they've been locked but yes I'm sure it's because of the homeless they are everywhere.
