Best thing to do is talk to manager about your concerns so they can take good charge ....or avoid going there.
Been to a lot of different McDonalds, but this tends to be one of the worst. It may have to do with the sheer number of homeless that they have to deal with. A lot of time and effort seems to be expended by staff keeping them outside and out of the restrooms.
It is better on different days may be a staff problem
