hi i am in need of a consult for my 13 year old yorkie leg.Knee cap off to side.Our vet xrayed him last week.can xrays be sent to you and could we do a phone consult? If not what do we need to do? If there a fee up front before dog can be seen?

You need a referral to the surgery Dept from your vet. They will assess the condition and come up with a treatment plan that may include surgery. You will need to be seen before they can give you any info.
