You cannot enter without a resident of Grove City unfortunately.
They started that last year I believe

That said, we have had a residency policy in place for about six years now. If you do not pay Grove City/Jackson Township taxes, you would be considered a non-resident, and would need to be accompanied by a resident or season pass holder.
Yes last year they started you have to be a res. Or with a resident to enter.
